Evidant’s Production Metrics Methodology provides a disciplined approach to improving End-User Experience, Production Application Performance and IT understanding of Business Impact. The following diagram highlights Evidant’s best practices methodology for rapid implementation of business value.

Evidant’s Methodology is unique in that it requires interaction and ongoing communication with Business Users and Management (ITIL’s End Users and Customers). The methodology focuses specifically on developing an objective understanding of needs of these both Business and IT. The methodology has three major tracks:
