We have learned that products today are deployed with mixed levels of success due to a lack of well defined methods for implementing and using the software.

History: Evidant Corporation was founded in 2002 as a consulting company focused on creating a conduit of IT information and knowledge between IT and business people. Early experiences helped us discover the need for a software suite that delivers timely and clear knowledge about IT performance in business terms.
Evidant’s first software product, EvidantSQM, was released in the fall of 2003. EvidantSQM provides an extensive set of reporting and analysis capabilities from Auditec’s Newtest Robot. Driven by customer feedback and market analysis, additional capabilities were continually added to the product. In April of 2006 the latest version, EvidantSQM 3.5, was released.
Evidant’s methods and practices have also grown and evolved since the company was founded. The “Evidant Service Quality Management” methodology, first released in August of 2004, has been revised and updated continually. In 2006, Evidant began its first “Life Cycle Metrics” project which introduced a new methodology available to our customers.
EvidantSP, short for “Same Page”, expands on EvidantSQM in many areas. By providing connectors to Mercury BAC, Tivoli ITCAM, CA, Compuware and other transactional monitoring tools, EvidantSP delivers Business Intelligence for organizations that have invested in these tools. Advanced business capture capabilities, integration of KPIs and collaboration are just a few of the innovations that EvidantSP brings to the market.
