As the CEO of Evidant Corporation since January 2005, Scott focuses on helping our customers reduce risk and increase communications through personal involvement in their metrics strategies. He is also focused on ensuring that our customers and partners maximize the value of their investments by ensuring that our solutions are meeting and exceeding their needs.

Scott is also focused on offering a rewarding and exciting work environment for our employees through innovative approaches to management and benefits programs, as well as providing a substantial opportunity for our investors by focusing on making Evidant a world leader in the visualization and analysis market.

Scott, one of the original founders of Evidant in 2002, was responsible for the development of the Asynchronous Transaction Object Model (ATOM), the EvidantSQM software family and the Service Quality Methodologies formally used today by our consultants, partners and customers. His background includes various management positions at Tektronix, Schlumberger, See Beyond, Sun Microsystems and with a number of software startups both in the US and abroad.

Scott holds a BSEE from Cal Poly, an MSEE & Acoustics from Georgia Tech and an MBA from UC Irvine.

Scott's door is always open to those who wish to discuss their metrics strategies, business related IT challenges and especially the subject of business transaction based analytics.

Liz has been the CFO of Evidant since its inception in April of 2002 and continues to share the innovative culture that has been at Evidant since its beginning. Liz concentrates on managing the financial, legal and executive aspects of Evidant. She is involved in all strategic business opportunities and acts as a mentor and advisor to both internal and external stakeholders at Evidant.

Prior to founding Evidant with Scott Leslie, Liz held a variety of management, financial and accounting positions at Anderson Financial, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Diego State and a Master's in Tax from Golden Gate University.

Liz would like to hear from our customers, partners and the media on how we can help them achieve their goals through using her network, financial skills or through anyone at Evidant that she feels can provide a high level of value add. Liz is always open to innovative ideas and business propositions.

As the Vice President of Existing Accounts for Evidant Corporation, Keith is responsible for assuring that our customers get the most from their Evidant investment. Typically our customers look to Keith to identify IT analysis and monitoring strategies for maximum business benefit. He also acts as an interface between the business users and IT to capture key business requirements in order to ensure alignment between IT and business goals.

Keith provides guidance to our customers in analyzing their application performance from an end-user perspective in order increase operational effectiveness while finding areas of cost reduction. He also assists in the strategy and implementation of business and customer driven (Application) SLAs.

Keith's background includes consulting, sales and management positions. His consulting experience with business executives gives him a unique focus on our client's business as related to Service Quality Management solutions. Keith has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University along with executive education at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC in Chapel Hill and Wharton University of Pennsylvania.

As the Chief Technical Officer for Evidant Corporation, Dennis brings over 15 years of experience in leveraging and applying technology to solve customer problems. Dennis leads Evidant's research program in understanding the needs and applications of Dashboards, Business Intelligence and Business Process Metrics.

Prior to joining Evidant, he spent 7 years as a consultant in the areas of network and service management. While doing so, he came to the realization that existing products did not provide true business value to their IT organizations. He joined Evidant with the goal of overcoming these limitations and spent most of his first two years assisting customers "in the field" to measure and quantify the contribution of IT to the business. He now applies that extensive customer experience in leading the development of Evidant's next-generation product.

Dennis graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Mark Prager is Evidant's Director of Strategic Alliances. In this role Mark is primarily responsible for the success of Evidant's Implementation Partners in delivering Evidant products and methodologies. His goals and objectives are focused on providing training, sales support and technical guidance to our partner's executive, consulting and marketing staffs. His success is based on the Partners' success in delivering high-value Evidant solutions to their customers.

Mark is also responsible for the development of Evidant's Technology Partnerships. A strategic advantage of Evidant's Analysis and Visualization Software is its ability to connect to and gather data from the wide range of end-user monitoring and measurement tools available. Evidant enhances the value delivered by our Technology Partners' products by offering the business analytics and perspective demanded by today's enterprises.

Mark has an extensive background in hardware and software development, technical sales, business, management and accounting. His experience includes management and technical engagements with the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed, General Dynamics, Rockwell, Raytheon, Hughes, Xerox, Westinghouse and General Electric. His accomplishments include the development of leading-edge software technologies for NATO and the U.S. Defense Nuclear Agency. He joined Evidant in 2005.
